TM1Web - Operation failed when open websheet

I have 2 TM1 systems, one is for developing, the other is for running.

Both systems are TM1 10.1.1.

There are some websheets (excel file) defined in the TM1 application. When I open these websheets from TM1Web in developing system, everyhing is OK. But when I try to open it from running system, it always report below message:

Operation Failed

System has encountered a problem while handling your request.
Please try again.
If you keep having trouble, please contact your system administrator for assistance.

I can't find the difference between 2 systems. where can I find the detail error message for this error? and How can I solve this error?

2 basic debugging steps are:

1. Check the log file to see if there was a rendering problem - default location is like C:\Program Files\ibm\cognos\tm1_64\TM1Web\log\tm1web.log
2. Can you render _any_ websheet at all in production (your 'running' environment)? If so, the fault is likely with the way Excel is configured rather than the way TM1 Web is configured. If not, consider the TM1 Web install to be at fault.
