Did anything ever come from this issue, as in what is specifically causing this? I recently went from a PC with no biometric software to one with the built in Dell hardware and software and am having this issue.

That was 9 months ago now; to be honest I don't even remember it. (Which I'd hope is just down to having more important things to remember since then rather than impending dementia.) Yet there it is.ctindell wrote:Alan,

I didn't follow up on it because the re-installation fixed it. (Which would also explain why I didn't remember it; in terms of TM1 annoyances, that one was pretty transient for me.)
