Hi all.
I wanted to change a users password in our Cognos Express 10.2.1.1 IF2 installation and so I went into Cognos Express Manager as administrator and selected the user, clicked on edit and then changed their password, clicked on ok and got an error message stating;
An error has occurred
EXP-ERR-0005 The submitted request is not valid
This happens on multiple users, and turns out it happens just by going into a users details and clicking on ok, and not even changing anything.
I have done a complete server reboot as well.
Anyone have any thoughts on this?
