We have a Windows 8 client machine with Office 2013 with Perspectives (TM1 version 10.1.1) installed. The user is able to login to a server with Integrated Mode 1 but when trying to login to a server with Integrated Mode 5, the entire excel app is crashing (without any error message).
Had raised a PMR earlier in which got to know that Office 2013 is not listed as supported on TM1 10.1.1. So the only option I got from there is to upgrade TM1 to 10.2.2. But we had a machine wherein the same version of TM1 worked fine on Office 2013 as well and in the current scenario too, it works fine for a TM1 server with Integrated Mode 1.
We would be upgrading TM1 in due time, but for the time being, does anyone have any solution for this?

Re: Excel crashes when trying to login with Integrated Mode
Using unsupported environments is never to be recommended but in the interim; instead of double clicking to log on try right clicking and selecting "log on as"... I've seen issues where even in supported environments it would sometimes crash unless you did that.
