I have to say that I am very skeptical about most of these supposed "best practice" documents but other than the numerous grammatical errors causing confusion I think this document is a pretty good starter for 10.

Shame IBM still haven't developed a single decent web application in the sample servers... leading most people to develop complete and utter atrocities using them as a base.
