Deploy Tm1 via Citrix Xenapp 6.5

Has anyone been able to Virtualise (sequence) TM1 V9.4 using Microsoft App-V 4.6 SP2 and then deploy it via Citrix (Xenapp 6.5)?

We have previously been able to successfully virtualise it by sequencing TM1 with Excel 2003 on XP using Softgrid 4.1 and then deploying with Citrix PS4.5.
We now use App-V 4.6 (and Xenapp 6.5) and have so far been unable to create a working virtualised package on Windows 7 Professional - although TM1 works without issue on the PC we are performing the sequencing on.
No matter what we try, when starting the sequenced application on Citrix Excel starts but TM1 does not load and it fails with
"Microsoft Visual Basic
System Error &H80040111 (-2147221231)"
Then
"Out of Memory"
It appears we may have to install locally TM1 on the Citrix servers, but this is something we would like to avoid having to do if at all possible.
