A server error has occured ----problem with tm1 web

Hi.
I'm using CX 10.2.1.1
I have problem, when i'm trying to open applications in tm1 web. Same applicaton i can open in Cognos Insight without any problem.
I allready try to do this:

Check your cube, dimension and element security settings. If the username you are using to access the application with does not have rights to the cube on the server, you will get this error.
