Contributor Application Workflow Feature

Hi All

I have noticed few areas in the workflow in the contributor to address in detail.

1) Last Data Commit: Use had submitted all leaves from NNJ00101-New Jersey level and submit each consolidation. You can see in above image that NNJ00101-New Jersey Metro is in locked mode and data submitted at this level. Still we are getting "never committed" comment in Last Data Committed Column.

Moreover, NNJ00201-NJ Oper Excl Acq also shows "Never Committed"comment in Last Data Committed Column, while rest of the level are also locked and shows the time of data committed last.

2) When i Click on NNJ00101-New Jersey Metro than I am not able to see the name of owner under the top consolidation level like NNJ00201-NJ Oper Excl Acq .

Can anyone throw the light on conceptual behavior?
