Admin can not see ownership option

Hi All

I have created an application. I checked every functionality of each cube in tm1web. It is working perfectly fine before activating that application. Once i activate that application than i couldn't able to write inside the input cube. I have not assign control dimension as i don't need it.

Even Admin couldn't able see the ownership symbol in color to take ownership.

Any idea?
