Hi All,
I hope someone can shed a light here.
I have a report in TM1Web with about 9 tabs, Is there a way that when a user exports to PDF or excel (snapshot and/or slice) the exported file only contains specific tabs? say only sheet 1, 4, 5 and 6 and therefore the other sheets in the workbook are skipped/excluded.
Also is there a way to completely disable the export options, mainly looking at the slice.
Any help will be really appreciated.

Re: TM1Web - Websheets - Customisation of data export option
As to the first question, I don't think this is possible.
What happens if you set sheets hidden in Excel, or even 'Very hidden' (through VBA)? I've never experimented with that.
For the second question: I don't think there is a setting to disable the exports (other than hiding toolbars...)
If you search for "Setting the Maximum Number of Sheets to Export from a Cube Viewer" you will find a setting in the Web.config file.
What happens if you set the maximum sheets equal to 0? Just a wild guess...

Re: TM1Web - Websheets - Customisation of data export option
Thank you Wim for your kind reply.
I tried setting the sheet as very hidden but it makes no difference to just hiding it..
I have come up with a sheet which is being linked by a second hidden sheet to just populate the data that the business wants to expose to users in this specific report.. I believe management is happy with the output.
As for the second question, I will just leave the export options visible, the business doesn't like the idea of all or nothing so we will just leave it.
Once again thank you for your reply.
I'm more than happy to hear any other ideas from anyone who knows a work around for enabling just 1 or 2 export options without hiding the tool bar
