Post by dharav »

While connecting to LDAP, I can successfully export the user. after enable LDAP parameter in TM1s.cfg file, when I try to connect its throw the error. LDAPServerconnectionFailed.

How I can connect, what are the parameters for TM1s.cfg file.

How I can configure 3 different domain in TM1s.cfg file?

Could anyone explain?

Hi mate,

Are you trying to log in as a user who is a part of AD group (I'm assuming AD is your security provider) ?

Thanks

Did you follow the steps outlined by the Proven Practice "Configuring Integrated Security for Cognos TM1 Web 10.2" ?

http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/libra ... index.html
IBM Business Analytics Proven Practices: Configuring Integrated Security for Cognos TM1 Web 10.2

How to set up integrated Windows Authentication for TM1 Web which now is a Java application in Cognos TM1 10.2 release. This is a supplement to the currently incomplete document

What is the name of your Kerberos configuration file ?

According to that document the "[...] file must be named either krb5.ini or krb5.conf - this document will use krb5.conf."

If it is krb5.ini rename it to krb5.conf and try again.
