TM1 captions disappear, Excel 2007, tm1pRibbonX, Persp 10.2

I have known issue when TM1 button captions disappear in Excel 2007 described at least at
1. http://www.tm1forum.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=5168
2. http://www.tm1forum.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=6287

According to those links I have following solutions:
1. Upgrade to Office 2010 (not possible due to company licenses policy)
2. Rename/Disable tm1pRibbonX.xlam

Unfortunately if I rename tm1pRibbonX.xlam -> tm1pRibbonX.xlam.bak I have following message (see attach) during Perspectives launch.
I use TM1 10.2 version and problem still exists :?

Please, advise.
