TM1 10.2.1 contributor is not working

Hi All,

I've installed TM1 v10.2.1 on Windows 7 Ultimate edition, all the components works but when I try to access TM1 Contributor it throws an HTTP error.

URL: http://localhost:9510/tm1web/contributor.jsp
Erro: HTTP 400 ....tm1web/contributor.jsp, services not available.

In the earlier versions I used to install Apache Tomact and deploy contributor on Apache. Do , I need to do any sort config changes ..?
