Cognos Express 10.2.1 & Cafe

Hi,
I'm trying to connect Cafe with a Cognos Express server (TM1), when I go into the Cafe options and try to add a system I am only given one datasource option for Cognos BI, there is no option for Cognos TM1. What do I need to do/add to get TM1 to appear as a datasource?
