TM1 10.2 Fix Pack Installation for WEB

Hi All,
I try to install new TM1 10.2 WEB by selecting Web Application tier from extract of tm1_64b_10.2.0_win_ml.tar.gz file. Along with this i installed 32 bit version 10.2 cognos cafe on same server using file anl_ms_xls_10.2_win_ml.tar.gz .
Web url for TM1 web intially throwed an error so i changed the url http://localhost/tm1web to http://USW20003593:9510/and it worked fine and i was able to access TM1 server which is installed on different virtual machince but i was not able to configure Cognos Cafe even after entering correct system url http://servername:9510/.

Later i install latest fix pack 10.2 FP1 up_plananalytics_winx64h_10.2.5001.145_ml.tar.gz file which i downloaded from http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.w ... wg24036618 url after installing TM1 10.2 FP1 (SERVER FIX PACK )on web server all short cuts configuring to IBM Cognos Configuration disappear with error message cogconfigw.exe not properly configured.

After Fix Pack installation i rebooted server and tried to restart TM1 Application server from windows service i got a new error i included error message in attachment.
i am not able to find cogconfigw.exe Application file under regular bin loaction.
Did any one encounter this before please advise if i am missing anything in fix pack installation i tried to uninstall and reinstall TM1 10.2 FP1 but it didnt worked .
Does any one know how to start Apache Tomcat server? i think i am missing some configuration around Apache Tomcat .
i checked all basic prereqs like .Net4.0/Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable - x64 10.0.30319/Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable - x86 10.0.30319 or 10.0.40219 .

i am using 64 bit 2008 R2 server with 2010 32 bit Excel installed with IIS 7 and we have separate Application and WEB servers.
we previously used same server (WEB Server) to test TM1 10.2 WEB/CAFE Beta version for IBM last year.

I think i am the only one facing this kind of issue i will check with IBm support and update IBM feedback.

complete uninstalling and reinstalling total TM1 components from server worked for me but i am not able to configure cognos cafe i deleted config.ini file as suggested and entered external url
