Hi,
In one of our environments (TM1 v10.1) the username and password logon fields have just disappeared from sight. I've tried restarting the www service and the Tm1 application service as well as the Tm1 admin service but to no avail. Here's a screenshot of the issue:
Does anyone know why this would happen and how to fix it?
Many thanks.

It is set to use integrated logons. Open the web.config file and disable it (if that's what you want).

Thanks Declan,
you're right. Someone is currently mucking around in that file and affecting all web users - appreciate the quick response. We've found the culprit now, productivity restored!
thanks.
