Hello,
we encounter a Problem with TM1 9.5.2 and Excel 2010. We have an application with number of Cubes an Excel-Sheets and use one Excel Sheet with a couple of Action-Buttons as Main-Menu. This works as we planned. In the so called Excel-Sheets we have Active Forms and a Region with Input fields and other Action-Buttons. These Action-Buttons calls TI-processes or just open another Sheet. And here we have a Performance issue.
The Action-Button wich just opens another Excel-Sheet Needs around 30 seconds to open the sheet. All Recalculation-Radio-Buttons in the Button-Properties are set to "None". And we also tried to look for the sheet in Filesystem or in TM1 Applications. If we place this Button on the Main-Menu it Needs just 1 or 2 seconds as expected.
The other case is a Button wich calls a process and stay on the same sheet. Here we called the process alone and it took 5 seconds. A Manual refresh of the sheet takes another 5 seconds. But if we use the Button both together Needs again arounf 30 seconds.
We are running out of ideas where the Performance issues are coming from.
Please excuse if my explanations are not enough, I'm fairly new to TM1. So please ask if you need more Infos.
