We are having issues with action button names in TM1,I have a application which has action button (Named as Run), when I am opening the application I can see the action button name as "Run" from web, when other resource opens same application from web, action button name is displayed with three special characters.
Any ideas? why the same action button name is displayed differently for two resources and how to address this issue?

What font did you use for the action button text? Does the person having problems have that font installed on their workstation?

Issue is for same person, they were able to see "Run" title on action button with out issues one day and they were not able to see "Run" title on action button (displays special symbols) next day.

Arial, Regular size 10. yes, same browser was used both times.
