Problem with installing Cognos Express planar

Hi guys.. i have problem. I wish to install Planner in Cognos Express 10.1 and i get this error.

Cannot load IIS configuration information: C:\Program Files (x86)\IBM\Cognos Express\bin64\null\Setup\xcelweb_iisconfigurations.xml.

As i can see i doesn't have this folder.. Should i create something manual or, reconfigurin IIS?

Any idea? Thank you.
