TM1 Websheet - Opening without refresh / Schedule Refresh

Hi,
I have several TM1 Websheet reports which are very large and take long to refresh when opened from web.
I would like to stop them from automatically refreshing when opened from web, and have a button to refresh instead. Is that possible?
Also I would like to schedule a refresh (using Windows Task Scheduler, etc) on the server and when users open it, it will open instantly without rerunning queries.
Any help on this will be highly appriciated please.

For auto refresh on open, check out this post. As to precaching views... do a forum search for ViewConstruct function which can be used e.g. in a scheduled chore to create stargate views prior to users running reports.
