We have an issue which is affecting and GL load and hoping some of the TM1 gurus can guide me.
We have a company dimension and number of static subsets under the dimension.
When i go to edit dimension structure and add a new element to the dimension at the root level and save the dimension, some of the subsets in that dimension are not showing any elements.
If i go to services on the cognos server and click on restart the TM1 service, after the restart the subsets appear back.
This happens only on production server. If i copy the dataset to a different location and create a new test service it doesn't happen there.
Any suggestions on should i try ?
