Shift+F9 not working: culprit Snagit

For anyone out there using Snagit it seems that the latest version 11 which includes video capture as a new feature also breaks standard Excel and TM1 functionality as the default hotkey Snagit uses to start a video capture is Shift+F9. Easy to fix, just change the program preferences in the Snagit Tools menu. Took a while to figure out why Shift+F9 in our workbooks wasn't working though!

(interestingly you can't use Snagit to take a capture of any Snagit window ...)
