Dynamic Aggregation on C Level

Hi all, i have a problem with dimension hierarchy structure changing with period but cannot be changed due to historical data.

For example:
(this is a BOM structure)

Product A 2
- Subassy A 2
- Part A 1
- Part B 1

Product B 2
- Subassy A 0
- Part A 0
- Part B 0
- Subassy B 2
- Part C 1
- Part D 1

Condition:
1. Cannot remove Subassy A from Product B because it will affect historical data

Any ideas?
