Users Can't Commit

I am having an issues where users are not able to commit changes in Contributor. I have double checked and the users have taken ownership of the node and their security is set up to submit. The Users are getting 2 errors:

1. The server method 'IsActiveSandboxQueued' failed.

And then when they try to exit the screen

2. Unable to load https://XXXXXXX/pmpsvc/services/json/PMPservice status:500

I have check and they are not trying to start a sandbox. Has anybody seen an error like this before.

Have you got sand boxes disabled in your CFG file?

Not currently.

Try making sure they are enabled by adding DisableSandBoxing=F. It's only a suggestion based on what you have posted. I don't know if it will work but it's worth a try,

I just encountered the same error message. What became of this? Did Jim's advice help?
