User can't see Application on web -TM1 worrkflow Contributor

I have a question about TM1 workflow Contributor in Performance Modeler(PM).
I have a cube in PM and 2 user, what I have to make is that : user A complete the data input task then submit to user for review and approve. After submission, user A should have only read authority to the submitted data. Then user B will review the data and then approve.
Problem is when I log on with admin , I can see all application in http://localhost:9510/pmpsvc/applications.jsp but log on with Trinh(user A) I can’t see any thing !
can you guide me in detail this stage of separation of powers to the user until the user logs into the web and complete its work and submit to their superiors?

user has no right to see cube

I have assigned to that user wirte cube but user can't see application on TM1 web

It will appear for UserA only if she is assigned to at least one node. You can do it under Rights in Performance Modeler or when logged in to http://localhost:9510/pmpsvc as admin, under Actions, choose Manage Rights. Give 'Submit' right to UserA for the desired node.

3. On the right side of the window, under Actions, 3rd icon
