If there aren't any users who need the cubes why can't you just delete/archive them?

Re: How to hide cubes for a admin?
Admin can see all the public objects in the system and all the public data in the system and that's that, there is no way of restricting it. You can create a security group that gives the sort of access you're talking about (admin-level access to all objects except for the specific 10 cubes), but there is no way of restricting the Admin user or anyone else belonging to the Admin group.
Just think for a second what the word "Admin" implies.

Re: How to hide cubes for a admin?
Hi QML,
I have created one more user and group as both user as AAA and group also as AAA and given admin rights.
After login I locked 4 Cubes, saved it and after login again I am able to open the cubes.

Re: How to hide cubes for a admin?
... and what exactly did you think locking a cube does? Locking a cube, dimension, dimension element prohibits data entry or changes even by admin users, but locking doesn't in any way hide objects or stop them from being opened for that matter.charan wrote:Hi QML,
