I am finding an error when I deploy the application, please find the attachment with this error also one more error I am getting like
Distributed planning client find the attachment as well.

Have you tried adding the parameters it suggests into the config file?

In have tried with distributed parameter by seeing the planning sample cfg file but it did not help, any suggestions please.

As your screenshots quite clearly show, the parameters to add to your tm1s.cfg file are
DistributedPlanningOutputDir=<enter a valid path here>
AllowSeparateNAndCRules=T
Once you have saved these changes, restart your TM1 service.
