Problem with data population in websheets on TM1 Web !!!

Post by pmathur »

Hi All,

I have published some applications on TM1 web, which also includes some Websheets. Now the problem arises when user log into TM1 Web using their Sign On ids and when they open any of the published websheet they were not able to see data, until they manually hit on REBUILD ACVTIVE FORM button on TM1 Web.

This problem persist only on TM1 Web. On perspective it works fine.

Each workbook have single websheet embedded.

I know its not a painfull task, but this is actually not desirable by user.

I have checked various parameters in Tm1Web config files, but they also didn't resolve this issue.

Can any one suggest, what was the casuse of this happening?

Any suggestions are most welcomed.

Hi Pmathur,

Just give a try by enabling the "automatic recalulate " as ON in tm1 web config settings. Not sure , this might help !!

Hey Anoop,

Thanks for the suggestion, but we already enabled this parameter in TM1 WebConfig file.

How about creating a custom menu page.

Just have one websheet that everyone sees when they log in and that has a load of action buttons directing them to the other sheets and has the rebuild sheet box checked.
