I get the following message " Lost connection to TM1 Server. Please Login again..." on TM1Web after leaving it idle for 45 mins or so. Not to be confused with "Session timed out. Please login again..."
To the best of my knowledge I've changed all the timeouts to 120mins as discribed in KB1408905
Can't anyone help with this?
Thanks
j.

There are client idle settings on the TM1 service side as well. I would check those.

They are in the tm1s.cfg file for the server, usually in the logging dir for the server. Forget the exact name but it should be fairly obvious. Just remove or hash the line, might need to restart the server.

It's IdleConnectionTimeOutSeconds.
