TM1 Contributor "manage rights" screen missing groups

Hi,

My TM1 contributor application has >100 nodes and deployed successfully. When I go to "manage rights", however, the bottom of this screen has only 3 available groups: "Cognos\Everyone", "Cognos\Express Administrators" and "Cognos\Express Users".

I am NOT on Cognos Express, but did use the Cognos Express free trial before purchasing TM1. I'm guessing that my problem is a result of originally running Cognos Express.

Is there a Contributor TI process or some other fix to make TM1 Contributor recognize the 100+ groups which already exist in TM1 and were in fact created by Contributor in the first place?
