when I accidentally crashes the service or the server I find the empty cubes.
how can I fix this?

Anything that can shed light on the situation.
For instance.
Do you have a zero out of cube data and the service crashes before data is loaded again?
Do you enable cube logging and did you look in the transaction logs?
