Avoid Read lock on read only cells

Hi All,

Is there a way to avoid REad Lock if my data is Read only?
I have a version called FINAL Budget and the Actuals are both Read ONly
But Somehow, when 2 users open the same view, one lock the other one.
Is that normal Tm1 behaviour?

What version of TM1 are you using?

Good question. I am in COGNOS EXPRESS 9.5 for that customer.
