Occassional websheet display problems 9.5.2

I have web applications that work fine most of the time. We flow control between the websheets in an application through TM1 buttons. Occasionally a websheet (not always the same websheet) will display with the tab and TM1 toolbars missing. If the websheet is part of a multi-sheet application, the sheet tabs that usually appear at the bottom of the screen are displayed where the toolbars should be and they are not always functional. The only way to restore the taskbars is to press the TM1 home button, which repostions us to our home websheet. Is there a better way to handle this problem? I have included a Word document with pictures a web page working and not working.
