Did you assign any security rights to the appropriate application folders to at least one of the groups the user you are logging as belongs to?

If you look at the object tree in Architect you will see an object called "Applications". This is the apllications folder and it is where you would likely put views and reports. if you don't give rights to this object then no one will be able see what's underneath it.
