Hi,
My users are fed up by entering new values to the active form (Excel Sheet). They want to load the values that are already available in an excel sheet to be loading in to the active form(provided they will provide starting and end cell loactions to load, but they do not want to override the existing formulae in the cells).
Let say when they have 1000 different values to load in 1000 locations they are fed up in entering new values to Active form.
Is there any solution for this. Plz help in this regard

Maybe it's just me, but I really don't follow your question.ryan wrote:Hi,

Also, given that your profile says that you're on version 9.0, are you really talking about active forms (which weren't introduced until version 9.4)?

Thinking about this further, are you trying to say that:ryan wrote:Hi,

(a) You have a slice from a TM1 cube;
(b) Your users are currently manually punching the values into that slice;
(c) Those values are already in another Excel spreadsheet?
If so, two options are:
(1) Use DBS or DBSW formulas to send the values to the cube; or
(2) Use the Bulk Paste utility in TM1 Tools to allow copied numbers to be pasted into DBRW formulas. (The formulas have to be in the same row and column layout as the data that you're copying, though.)
