Facing Issue while configuring Workflow in Contributor

Dear All,

I have an approval Hierarchy as :

A
->B
--->C
---->D

and in same hierarchy i want to workflow to work. Now in Manage Right option, I have groups FP, FM, AM and BIM, all with Admin rights on each objects.

Now what i want, I want to set
1. for D, BIM can submit/Edit the data in Cube View and AM should be reveiwer for it.
2. for C, AM can submit/Edit the data in Cube View and FM should be reveiwer for it.
3. for B, FM can submit/Edit the data in Cube View and FP should be reveiwer for it.
4. for A, FP can submit/Edit the data in Cube View.

When i am trying to provide rights as
D - BIM - Submit - All - All in Manage rights..I am getting an error as failed to Take Ownership while clikcing on ownership.

Please help me as its bit urgent.
