CX 9.5 Planner Frustration

Can anybody suggest how the &^%% you can persuade CX 9.5 Planner to make available the groups which I have set up to assign submission and review ?
_How_ I loathe Cognos' security model!

Im not on Cognos Express but don't you have to import the new user groups into TM1 though Architect? You do with the non express version.

Thanks - that did it.
I raised an SR with IBM - think I'll leave it there so I can ask sweetly where this is documented.

Update - set up a new 'application', followed the instructions. Was able to take ownership/update data/submit, but the reviewer role couldn't see the application. Fixed by re-adding the user and group in Architect (but they were already there). &*(&*%^ Cognos security model.
