I have noticed that TM1 Hierarchy Levels in Cognos 8 BI disappear when TM1 Server crashes or is restarted.
When Report Studio is used to view the hierarchy the level are GONE although they are still there in Architect.
Does anyone know why this happens and whether there is a way to prevent this (apart from not having the server crash
)The only solution I can see at the moment is to re-run the refresh dimensions TI process and re-publish the package in FM - this is just not acceptable to the customer unfortunately as the server is crashing quite often.
Any help would be most welcome.
