Buffer Overrun detected

Hi,

We face issues in opening TM1 9.1 SP4 Perspectives in some of our client machines after doing silent install.
The error we get is:

"Buffer overrun detected!
Program: ...gram Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\EXCEL.EXE
A bufer overrun has been detected which has corrupted the program's internal state. The program cannot safely continue execution and must now be terminated".

• The user did not have any version of TM1 installed already in the machine.
• The reboot of the machine does not help.
• All other Excel files are opening fine without any issues. The user faces problems only when trying to open Perspectives.
• The same script works fine in my local desktop.

Can somebody help me to figure out what the issue is? The version is Excel 2003.
