Hi, help me in this.
Instead of using replication to share data.Why can not we configure the data locally and run the data server for the data to modify or view data.
Is this is good practise.If not suggest me.

Requesting to say why we use repplication instead of loccal configuration? Benefits and demerits.

Your local server will be local and will only be available when your personal machine is running and will not be available when your desktop/laptop is off. This is not a good practice.
If you implement Replication then you will be able to distribute the user load on to multiple servers.
