Do you not see a list of TM1 servers when you open Server Explorer? If there is a plus sign next to "TM1" then click that. If there is nothing there then you need to correct your admin host(s). Go to File -> Options in server explorer to set this.

Viswaraju,
Can you give us a lot more detail on what you are doing?
Which client tool you are using?
Do you have multiple servers running?
etc etc
The more detail you give in the question the more chance you have of getting a useful answer
