Upload data & zero out data elements with rights

I would like to ask if anyone has done this. I have this cube where users writes string values that form part of a dimension element after I extract it via TI and load it back via TI as well. I want to zero out & extract only items for elements that user group has rights on and not affect those being done by other users? Since time is crucial we need to allow the users to run the process on their own rather than schedule it or have the admin run it.
