Extra dimension for workflow?

Hello,

I have a cube with regions, time, products,managers and measures. If I want to have a workflow where one manager is responsible for one or more regions, is it advisable to take the region dimension for the workflow as the task and review structure? Or is it better practice to define a new dimension, only for the workflow?
