Am I (and everyone else trying to use TM1 in my organization) going nuts, or can you really not copy/paste into cube views over the web?
Right clicking in a web cube view only shows "Data Spread and Holds". No copy or paste. Same results in IE and Firefox.
Is this behavior normal?
Thanks,

Re: Copy/Paste into web cube view
That corresponds to what I see in the screenshots in the 9.4 User Manual; copy and paste don't appear to be on the context menu. However if I recall correctly (our Web is off line for the next week or so and I can't test it right now) the [Ctrl]+[C] and [Ctrl]+[V] keyboard combinations still work. (I have to admit that I hadn't really noticed this before (or if I did, hadn't paid attention to it) because I never use the context menu for copying and pasting anyway.)image2x wrote:Am I (and everyone else trying to use TM1 in my organization) going nuts, or can you really not copy/paste into cube views over the web?

Re: Copy/Paste into web cube view
Well unfortunately, it doesn't look like the shortcuts work either (at least in 9.4.1).
I looked at the code in scripts/tm1cubeviewermain.js and I could find no routines for dealing with copy/paste unlike in tm1webbook.js which has rountines. There do appear to be routines for shift-key movement (i.e. multiple selection) but I'm unable to highlight multiple areas.
This is an unbelievable shortcoming if true. The single cell copy/paste restriction in Excel is bad enough, but to not support even copy/paste in a basic grid type input interface is beyond comprehension.
Can anyone confirm if things have improved on this front in 9.5?
Anyhow, thanks for your response Alan.
