Hi All,
Question for any of you deploying TM1 using Citrix.
I have deployed 9.0 SP3 U7 across Citrix 9.150.39151 to all users. For nearly all users access is really good. But for some (even with highly spec'd machines) performance is dire.
I have one user whose session takes about 4 minutes to log into the application. I've defragged and virus scanned it but still problem persists.
I've uninstalled Citrix and reinstalled it but problem is still there. Maybe regisrty keeps bits aftert he uninstall, but not sure really.
Now not a TM1 problem per se, but just checking if any of you have ever had this with any of your users.
Thanks in advance
Ajay

Re: Citrix TM1 Adverse performance
try logging in from one of these "bugged" pc's with a citrix user where on your client everything works normally.. (or/and vice versa)
maybe you can find out if its a problem of the pc / network or the user(profile)
do you have other shared applications? how long takes logging in on other applications?
