Action Button's in Dynamic slices

Hi All,

I am trying to use an action button within a dynamic slice to open a new report and of course use some of the values within the current dynamic slice as criteria in the report I am trying to open.(match title elements function)

However the action button doesn't "send" through title elements. Any idea as to why this happens?
