Hi All,
I am currently experiencing and issue when adding the new PAfe addin (version 67) to excel.
When I add the connection to excel, files in the Office Connection folder (C:\Users\'UserName'\AppData\Local\Cognos\Office Connection) are missing.
I compared it to a successful connection and found that the EULA and Language Resources folders are empty in the corrupted directory.
Sometimes more files are missing.
Is there an issue with the latest PAfe addin? or is there something on the server that could be causing this issue?

We've seen this a few times but not been able to track down the cause.
Copying the language files in from a working install fixes the issue, reinstalling often works too.
