Hello TM1 Forum,
I came accross a weird error today. We have a TM1 interface in TM1 Web where every user can launch a process using a button.
It worked perfectly before. until today one of the users can never launch this process and always shows up a pop up error : "Process failed".
I did check if their is some flags or somthing stopping this only user from launching the process , but they dont exist. Also the weird thing there is no error in the log files of tm1.
Is anybody came accros any error like this ? what it could be possibly the reason behind it ?
Thanks
Sana

Re: Failed Process only for one User while launching in TM1 Web
Hi Sana,
A lot of times, if there is no record of the error in the logs it means that the user did not have permission to run the process. A "process failed" error message appears in the screen, but nothing appears in the logs because the process doesn't even get as far as running (and failing). Do you have security set up on this particular process?

Have you checked anything in the tm1web log?
