TM1Web Websheet Snapshot to Excel taking too long

Hi Guys,

We have a websheet with an Active Form ( which has a few thousand lines ). The websheet opens fine and refreshes quickly, but when user tries to Snapshot it to excel, it takes way too long, more than an hour.

We are using PA 2.0.5 so has anyone experienced this?

Yes we have the same issue. We deploy Perspectives via Citrix and tell our users to export any big sheets using that. TM1 Web was built for small data capture sheets, not big exports.

You might want to make sure that they aren't ticking any boxes in TM1 Web and effectively generating a print report. However, a 1000 or so lines is probably the issue.

We have this issue too in PA 2.07. It appears to be intermittent though and affects static reports too with not many rows.
