I have a weird issue where I am able to establish ODBO connectivity between our TM1 Production/Dev (PAW 2.0.6) and vendors TM1 Production/UAT (PAW 2.0.9 - on premise) but cannot seem to establish ODBO connection between our TM1 UAT (PAW 2.0.6) and vendors TM1 Production or UAT (PAW 2.0.9) all using same login. The tm1s.cfg on our TM1 servers are almost identical (except for the port numbers and URIs) and the ODBO datasource is same on vendors TM1.
I have tried below steps to try and resolve the issue without any luck
- Restarted our TM1 (UAT) and vendors TM1 (Prod and UAT) services
- Opened up required ports on firewall on all the servers
- Turned off firewall on all the servers
Error: Cannot connect to the ODBO datasource
I am not sure what else to do. Any guidance or tips will be really appreciated.
